Andrea has a long career of working in operations, including 17 years in the veterinary industry. Her vast experience includes operational leadership over multi-site locations in veterinary care and human health, as well as other franchise model businesses. Andrea prides herself on being able to work closely with her hospital teams to support them as they navigate the delivery of quality medical care, client service and operational efficiency. A pet-lover herself, she spends her time outside of work on the Chesapeake with friends, family and her beloved rescue pets.
