Lou manages the CVP regional operations teams across our family of veterinary hospitals. He is an accomplished leader with a history of driving regional operation teams to achieve substantial business growth. Lou comes to CVP from Banfield Pet Hospital where he oversaw operational teams for over 100 hospitals. Lou has a tenured track record of strategic business improvement and delivering outstanding results. Lou and his family, including his two beloved pups are all avid New England sports fans.
