About Tess

Tess Cummings is in her third year at the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and an Equine Science Minor at Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri. Tess externed at the Coyne Veterinary Center locations of St. John and Portage, Indiana in her first year of veterinary school, where she gained valuable hands-on experience. She is excited to serve as the Coyne Veterinary Ambassador at Illinois! Tess is a member of SAVMA, ISVMA, CVMA, and AAEP. In her free time, she enjoys riding her horse and spending time on her family’s farm.
