True Partnership

Our financial partner, OMERS, isn’t a traditional Private Equity Group. Unlike others, it’s a fund for municipal employees’ retirement money. They maintain a focus on the long term for their investors. Our partnership shares the mutual commitment to caring for people in all we do, setting our relationship apart from other consolidators.

Together, our growing community—powered by 148 local veterinary hospitals—is creating more meaningful moments between pets and people and elevating standards of care.

We look forward to setting up an exploratory meeting with our Business Development Team to discuss a customized path to partnership and deal structure for your practice.
