With the signed LOI in place, we enter the due diligence phase. This is where we collaborate and dive deeper, looking at financials, operations, and culture to ensure a partnership is a good fit. It’s a collaborative process that we walk together with care and respect.

4. Finalizing Our Commitment

Once the details are aligned, we move into final contracts. Every deal we structure is custom-crafted to meet the needs of the seller, whether that means a complete transition into the next stage of life or continuing to practice for years to come. You, your Practice Manager, and our Integration Team collaborate to plan systems transitions, HR onboarding, internal communications, and ensure your team is fully prepared for joining our community.
