Launch your career with strength.

propel your careerVetFWD logo forward

As part of Community Veterinary Partners’ VetFWD mentorship program, Catapult provides our early career veterinarians with the personal, clinical, and leadership skills they need to propel forward on their desired career path with CVP.

Catapult is a robust and intensive leadership development course created by veterinarians with over 30 years of experience. Meant to teach both professional and personal skills, this program empowers our early career doctors with the tools and community support necessary to achieve their goals.

Through one-on-one coaching, wet labs, and personal development sessions, Catapult participants will gain clinical knowledge, access to a support network of doctors available to answer questions and help with cases, as well as a meaningful connection to a thriving community.

  • "The goal of mentorship is relationship building. That's really what it's about. Since each individual comes to our practices with different interests and areas where they need greater confidence, it was really important that CVP build a program that's customizable and flexible."

Dr. Laura Strong, CVP Owner/Seller CVP Director of University Relations

It's hard enough coming out of school trying to figure out how to make diagnoses, take all the stuff you learned and translate it to the every day, communicating with clients, and ensuring you come across as knowing what you're talking about.
