Kerry Corgan is our Chief Financial Officer at CVP, where he leads the Finance and Procurement functions. With more than 14 years of experience in corporate finance, internal audit, and FP&A, Kerry oversees CVP’s financial strategy, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and capital structure, while also managing vendor negotiations to support operations and growth initiatives. He began his career at General Electric, working across five business units in 15 countries, and most recently played a key role in the IPO of GE Healthcare, supporting the $1.6B U.S. Imaging business.
Kerry joined CVP inspired by the opportunity to work in a mission-driven industry that combines his expertise with a passion for helping animals and the doctors who care for them. He contributes to CVP’s mission by ensuring the organization has the financial strength, reporting tools, and strategic partnerships needed to help hospitals deliver exceptional patient care and foster meaningful connections between pets and their families.
A graduate of Miami University (Ohio) with a degree in Finance, Kerry lives with his wife, two young sons, and their golden retriever rescue, Ozzie. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, attending concerts, and traveling.
