About Carmen
Carmen has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry with 14 years of animal health experience. A lifelong resident of Eastern Pennsylvania, he has developed a broad network of veterinary contacts in all areas of practice throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
