As Senior Vice President of Hospitals and Operations Services, Valerie applies her passion for scaling operational support as organizations evolve. Valerie brings 20+ years of multi-practice growth in human medicine from audiology, optometry, and pharmaceutical, along with global leadership experience from organizations like Abbot, Scripps, and GE. She’s passionate about supporting our people and our hospitals – knowing they deliver frontline care to our communities. Outside of CVP, she’s a lifelong equestrian, entrepreneur of franchised pre-schools, volunteer serving homeless and food-insecure populations, and mother of two active sons.
